How To Drive Human Insights And Behaviour
APAC consumer expectations are sky high – and each interaction is assumed to be tailored, timely and targeted. How do we meet these expectations?
What does the future of B2B in APAC look like in an increasingly connected world? It’s emotional - in influencing consumer behaviour and building closer relationships. This means your strategy needs to integrate emotional triggers, buyer psychology and decision-making insights in order for it to be future-ready. Only then, will your strategy come full circle in humanising your consumers’ B2B journey.
What you’ll learn:
  • The psychology behind the decision-making of buyers in APAC
  • The right platforms to get data and gain insights from
  • The method to using data to inform your ABM strategy
B2B and B2C – Same Same but Different?
From Amazon to Spotify, these B2C giants have mastered the art of data-driven personalisation. The result: serving the right content at the right time on the right channel. Why is this still an untapped opportunity by B2B marketers in APAC?
With the wealth of consumer data available today, there’s no excuse for cookie-cutter communications.  It’s about knowing what content they like and how to make sure they see it. And this stems from changing the way you use data. Let’s take lessons from our consumer cousins and learn how data-driven personalisation generates stronger storytelling and recommend more relevant content in real-time.
What you’ll learn:
  • What B2B marketers stand to gain from this opportunity
  • How to adopt B2C best practices to B2B
  • How to contextualise and personalise experiences in real-time
Why Meaningful Connections Matter
As a region, APAC is a melting pot of distinct identities and personalities. How then can B2B marketers create a meaningful connection with APAC buyers?
The modern B2B buyer no longer waits for solutions to land on their laps – they’re active on various channels to seek out relevant solutions. To then reach your APAC buyers, you need to be able to leverage audience insights to create campaigns that are not only effective but also get your message into the right hands, and at the right time and at the right place.
What you’ll learn:
  • Why audience insights are crucial in selecting digital channels
  • How to activate sound channel strategy for quality leads
  • How to amplify your content on channels that can get heads turning your way
